SDL has now launched the new and improved Support portal, SDL Customer Gateway. The new system uses the ServiceCloud platform powered by Salesforce.com. The SDL Customer Gateway provides greater functionality with a simplified interface offering an improved customer experience!
It offers many benefits, including:
- Self-Help through the knowledge base
- Easy access to product documentation
The SDL Customer Gateway offers even more benefits when signed in to your Account, such as:
- Extended Knowledge base and enriched Self-Help with an article suggestion capability when you log a case
- Simplified case logging with an easy “Log a Case” button
- Enhanced My Support page providing case visibility view - open and closed cases, search for case information
To log in, click on the Login/Register button on the top right of the Gateway page, marked with a yellow arrow in the screenshot here, and use your usual SDL credentials.
