What is Knowledge Delivery?
Knowledge delivery is enabling your customers to have access to the information they need to learn concepts, complete tasks and solve problems when they need it, where they need it and on the device they need it.
Companies must start with the right structure for their content and SDL believes the right content structure is DITA, which is why we originally created DITA Fest. However, as this structure has become widely adopted by industry leaders, it is apparent that the scope must be expanded beyond technical documentation to include all forms of knowledge delivery.
The SDL Knowledge Delivery Summit focuses on the journey towards this realization and where we need to grow as a community to deliver the knowledge our customers want, need and demand.
