This connector allows for 'two-way traffic' between Tridion Sites and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Tridion users can build web forms that send data (once completed by website visitors) directly to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and they can pull customer data from Salesforce to automatically personalize web content authored and published from Tridion.
