Thomas Labarthe joined SDL in 2016 and serves as Chief Revenue Officer having taken on the responsibility to deliver client satisfaction and profitable growth for SDL, leading and developing its go-to-market resources spanning from Sales, Partnerships, Solution Consulting to Service Delivery and Commercial Operations.
Under Thomas’s leadership, his team continues to prioritize customers, understanding their challenges and how SDL’s solutions can meet their current and future needs, allowing them to offer the best solutions, at the right price to address the needs of each customer.
He first joined the company as EVP of Business and Corporate Development with the mission to create and execute strategies to accelerate business growth, both organically and through M&A, with a focus on AI and innovation.
Thomas has a 20+ years’ extensive experience in the Enterprise Software and Services market. Prior to SDL, he held several leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent and Lookout.
His passion can be summarized in two words: people and technology. He truly enjoys developing talents and building high-performance teams. He keeps learning about AI, natural language processing, process automation, content creation, management and delivery. Thomas is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and knows enough Italian to be dangerous, so he feels at home at SDL.
