Roddy has pulled together all the experiences from his past, working at organizations such as SAP, Credit Suisse, and PeopleSoft, to enable him and his team to develop creative and effective people programmes and solutions that drive SDL’s culture and environment. Roddy also receives great support from his colleagues in the Executive Team, who are also very passionate about providing a great employee experience at SDL.
“I really love working at SDL as I get to spend a huge amount of my time talking to employees and understanding what truly engages and motivates them, which is very important to me” says Roddy.
When he’s not at work Roddy loves spending time with his family and 3 dogs in Scotland, where he was born.
