Mark Lancaster，董事會主席兼執行長

西元 1992 年，Lancaster 先生察覺到市場對軟體全球化的高水準服務的需求，因而創立了 SDL。他是 LISA - Localization Industry Standards Association (本地化產業標準協會) 的創辦監事之一，目前仍活躍於其中。

Lancaster 先生擁有電氣與電子工程之英國國家高等技術學校畢業文憑 (HND)。曾於 Satchwell Control Systems 擔任設計工程師一職；而後至 Lotus Development Corporation 擔任專案經理；然後於 Ashton-Tate 擔任國際發展部門主管。目前他負責 SDL 的策略性發展。

John Hunter

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hunter is a Chartered Management Accountant and joined SDL in September 2008. Prior to this he held a number of senior financial and management positions in Europe, Asia and the US within the ICI group. Most recently he was the Chief Financial Officer of ICI Paints, a leading global decorative business.

Mr. Hunter's previous roles have embraced evolving global organisations where the emphasis has been on developing structure and systems, with strong support to commercial operations and the strategic direction of the business.

Jan Jaap Kolleman

SDL Tridion 執行長

Jan Jaap Kolleman 為 SDL Tridion 的執行長。他於 2008 年 10 月 1 日任職。 Kolleman 以執行長的身分引領公司的策略走向，以提升 SDL Tridion 的獲利能力並帶領大家邁向成功。總部位於阿姆斯特丹，除了組織的輝煌成果與良好客戶關係以外，Kolleman 更以企業級的方式控管各區域辦事處的本地專業。

Kolleman 曾在 Exact Software 擔任一般管理階層的許多高階職位，而後他離開 Exact Software 加入 SDL Tridion。他的前一個職位是在 Exact Software 最大的營運公司中擔任執行總監，該公司總部位於荷蘭，總收益超過 3.5 億美元。而在 Exact Software 之前，Kolleman 在 Sylis Netherlands 擔任商務總監，負責提供全方位的 IT 服務。

Kevin Duffy

CEO Structured Content Technologies Division

Kevin Duffy has over 25 years of experience in the design, development and sale of high-end information management and publishing solutions. Having joined SDL through the acquisition of XyEnterprise in June 2009, Mr Duffy is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving product innovation and developing strategic partnerships to support emerging markets.

During his tenure at XyEnterprise, Mr. Duffy led the company to consistent profitability and transformed XyEnterprise into a leader in XML and component-based content management and dynamic publishing. Prior to joining XyEnterprise, Mr. Duffy held a number of key positions in international sales, marketing and technical support for Raytheon Graphic Systems (RGS), pioneers in electronic content creation, management and publishing for large newspapers.

Cristina Lancaster

營運長

Lancaster 女士是經驗豐富的軟體工程師，在 1990 年建立 IT 訓練諮詢公司前，曾在 Lotus Development 擔任資深支援分析師一職。

她在 1993 年加入 SDL，負責跨部門的營運、管理與策略維持，並管理集團的海外營運。

Dominic Kinnon，營運與策略客戶副總

Frank Möhlen Kinnon 先生於 1997 年加入 SDL，之前在 Trinity Horne Consultancy 擔任專案經理一職。

身為營運與策略客戶副總，Kinnon 先生的職責包括為 SDL 北美地區的策略性客戶在遞交和客戶管理上，提供領導、支援和策略性方向。

目前除了擔任營運與策略客戶副總之外，收購相關事宜亦是由 Kinnon 先生負責處理。

Keith Mills，技術部門總裁

Keith Mills 先生於 1994 年加入 SDL。他曾於 Lotus Corporation 擔任高階主管，專門負責軟體本地化程序，接著又到 Ashton-Tate 負責管理國際化軟體翻譯部門。在加入 SDL 之前， Mills 先生曾是關聯式資料庫專門企業─Informix Inc. 的軟體本地化工程部經理。 Mills 負責 SDL 全面技術組合。

Peter Smith，營運與策略客戶副總 (美國)

Peter Smith 於 1997 年 SDL 收購 Polylang 時加入，他在 Polylang 位居專案主管要職。他在本地化產業服務超過 10 年，工作經驗涵蓋專案與計畫管理、銷售與營運管理。

他的事業使於在 Ernst & Young 等企業從事會計工作，後來於 1990 年成立一家文件管理公司，提供資料儲存與擷取解決方案。

身為營運與策略客戶副總，Peter 先生的職責包括為 SDL 北美地區的策略性客戶在遞交和客戶管理上，提供領導、支援和策略性方向。
