Accessing the Support Portal
To log a support case you will need a valid support contract, if you don’t have one, you should find out how to buy a support contact to ensure you are covered. If you are having problems installing your product, you may be able to get free support via our Solution finder. As a SDL software user you will be able to find useful articles in our Knowledge base. If you need to log a ticket without support teams, identify which product you have and log a support ticket here.
Ideas.sdl.com and ideas.sdltridion.com are forums where SDL customers can suggest new functionality and features they would like to see in SDL software. Customers will also be able to see the product suggestions that have been made by other users and promote their favourite enhancements. Both Ideas sites are designed to foster an environment of collaboration where customers can interact with SDL and other users.
