|We offer a wide range of training courses, designed to provide practical and useful experience to new users from both technical and non-technical backgrounds. They are usually held at our offices, but we are happy to come to you if necessary. Please visit our Training section for more information on courses available and to book.||Once your software is installed, we continue to support you. We offer a range of Product Support options, which allow you to choose the level of service you need — from standard business hours to 24/7 support. All our support levels allow calls to the support desk and free access to our online "Supportal".||We ensure your upgrade or new implementation goes as smoothly as possible by following a tried-and-tested framework of proven project methodologies, project management, documentation and regular quality audits. We also offer ad-hoc project assistance as required.|
