YHA case study

YHA operates a network of more than 250 properties across England and Wales. Its accommodation is open to all and everyone can experience a warm welcome, comfortable accommodation, good food at affordable prices. Its 310,000 members receive many benefits, notably an exemption from paying a non-member supplement each time they stay with YHA.

In just three months since launching our new site, revenues are up by 125 percent, bookings by 122 percent and the conversion rate has doubled.
