The Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is a diversified full service bank. ADCB wanted a robust WCM solution devision that was scalable, user friendly and ensured fast implementation. Instead of outsourcing the website maintanance to an external web agency, the bank sought a content management solution where the business users would be empowered to edit content themselves without having to rely on anyone else to make it live.

Now that business users are empowered to make changes on the website, our resources are utilized much more efficiently. In fact, one of the biggest differences in having SDL Tridion is that we have improved our speed to market and our operational processes have become streamlined.
