SDL International teamed up with Carrenza to take advantage of computer hosting services based at Global Switch, one of the world’s leading premier data centers. This facility provides the highest levels of reliability, availability and security to major corporations across the world including, amongst others, eBay, Volkswagen, DDB Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, Pizza Express, O2 and some UK Government departments.

“The opening of our new hosting center is a direct result of the growing demands of our customers and we are delighted to be partnering with Carrenza,” said Keith Mills, President of Technology for SDL International.  “We are now providing a hosted service to over 6,000 users through this center, and believe that this partnership will allow us to continue the growth we are experiencing into the future as more corporations turn to SDL International to be their partner of choice for automating and centralising their management of global information”.

“Carrenza is delighted to be working with SDL International on this project.  The completion of its new hosting platform and its location in one of the world’s largest data centre facilities puts the SDL operation at the heart of the Internet where it rightly belongs,” says Dan Sutherland, Carrenza Managing Director.
