In House English/German to French Translators - Financial/Marketing industry

SDL International, one of the leading localisation and Global Information Management companies with offices throughout the world, is currently looking for Financial/Marketing Translators to join its fast growing in-house localization team in Paris.

The role involves translation and review of Financial/Marketing content from English/German into French, covering various areas such as investment/finance analysis and reports, marketing collaterals, client’s internal communications and press releases, and to mid-long term, the coordination of such projects in order to ensure high quality translation according to schedules and budgets.

For this challenging role, SDL is looking for motivated and committed linguists, eager to actively contribute to the French office expansion.

Skills & Experience:

Extremely high level of fluency in the target language.
Educated to degree level (MASTER 2/DESS) with a qualification in Translation.
Fluency in English and German compulsory.
6 months to 4 years experience specialized in Marketing/Financial translation.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
Organized, able to work in a professional environment and with excellent communication skills.
Flexible and able to work under pressure/tight deadlines.
PC literate with excellent MS Office experience.
A first experience with Translation Memory tools (such as SDLX/Trados) would be a plus.
