Translation Administrative Co-ordinator
SDL International, one of the leading localisation and Global Information Management companies with offices throughout the world, is currently looking for a translation administrative coordinator to join the team in Hradec Kralove.

The role involves scheduling work from a variety of clients for the in-house translators as well as external translators. Your responsibility will include contacting freelancers from our database, placing projects, query management, monitoring adherence to deadlines, raising purchase orders and other administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience:

  • High level of fluency in English and Czech
  • Linguistic background is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines, advanced communication and organisational skills, effective problem solving, flexibility
  • Good PC command (MS Office, Internet, email)
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused
  • Ability to work under pressure/tight deadlines
