Administrators or DBA's Training Track
For every installed SDL Tridion platform regular maintenance and administration will
be crucial to keep the platform performing optimally. The System Administrators and
DBA’s that manage a SDL Tridion platform need to be fully equipped with methods and
processes to trouble shoot and maintain the entire SDL Tridion product suite.
This track provides them hands-on experience to install and configure SDL Tridion. Sample exercises will teach them how to prevent and solve problems and how to support users.
To take a step further, the System Administrator or DBA can also follow the Advanced Infrastructure course to gain in-depth knowledge about SDL Tridion architecture, scale out scenarios and the setup and management of multiple environments (DTAP).
After completing this track, trainees will:
- Perform a hands-on installation and system configuration
- Trouble-shoot and prevent problems
- Understand system infrastructure and architecture
- Be able to set up a DTAP environment
- Understand the different scale-out scenarios possible with the SDL Tridion system
