Project Manager Training Track


Project Managers and key project team members that will become responsible for the
success of the SDL Tridion implementation are advised to follow this track. The Training
Track for Project Managers consists of two courses, which are the SDL Tridion Foundation
and the Implementation Methodology course.

Our Implementation Methodology uses a generic phased approach that includes preparation, structure, design, build, test and deployment. This course outlines all of the specific Content Management System (CMS) activities that you need to perform in each of the phases. In particular, it focuses on how to manage the overall website development project.

Project Managers that are also involved in defining the set up of their SDL Tridion solution might benefit from adding the BluePrinting & Authorization course to this track. When the project includes implementation of the SDL Tridion Outbound Email solution, the Project Manager might want to add Outbound Email Foundation. When the project includes implementation of SmartTarget, the SmartTarget Foundation training is recommended.
