
Virgin Money, part of the Virgin Group, is a rising star of the financial services sector. Virgin Money launched a new website with a strategic push to move its customer base away from telephony and onto its website to communicate its product range and brand more effectively.
SDL Tridion’s unique BluePrinting allows multiple regional sites to be updated from a master template. This means that each region still has its own website, but all have the same corporate look and feel for customers. If a change needs to be made, only the master website needs to be redesigned and this filters down to the regional sites, reducing design costs substantially.
Virgin Money is now looking to focus on increasing its two-way communication with existing customers. Personalized content will be central to this, enabled by the SDL Tridion platform.
