By replacing their existing document generation system, De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar wanted to improve their time to market and ease of use for their business users. De Friesland turned to TriDoc, an SDL Tridion and Pitney Bowes combined solution which combines Output Management with Content Management.
TriDoc resulted in a huge time saving for the De Friesland Document Center by improving the document creation process efficiency by over 200 percent. Production and archiving time, a specific part of the process, is reduced from 1,000 letters every 45 minutes to 1,000 letters every two minutes representing a massive 2,250 percent increase.
Operational efficiencies were instrumental to the success of the project, but we also managed to make significant cost savings in the overall document creation process. Production and archive time went down from 1,000 letters per 45 minutes to 1,000 letters per 2 minutes. Our total time saving is pushing 200 percent.
