SDL Agency is a division of SDL International dedicated to the provision of high quality, fast turnaround translation and multilingual desktop publishing services.
Over the last 10 years SDL Agency has successfully managed a diverse range of translation projects, from straightforward document translation to complete website localization. Thousands of files are translated and delivered to our clients every week, in hundreds of language combinations.
Our clients include many blue-chip companies in the IT, marketing and design sectors. We manage a wide range of translation projects on their behalf, from projects requiring extremely fast turnaround within the hour, to projects that may take several months to complete.
The division is comprised of a large integrated team of in-house
Here are some of the reasons why we can always provide a fast and flexible response to all your translation requirements:
Dedicated Permanent Translators. We have an in-house team of dedicated translators. Having this resource allows SDL Agency to meet clients' extremely tight translation deadlines. We have a huge variety of languages in-house; these include the main European, Scandinavian and Asian languages. We can also provide specialization in regional flavors such as Mexican and Argentinean Spanish, French Canadian, Austrian German and Belgian Dutch to name a few.
Global translation resources - As well as our in-house team, SDL Agency can utilize the resources within SDL International. SDL has in excess of 2500 native speaking translators. SDL Agency works closely with each of our in-country offices who provide additional translation resources when required.
Guaranteed Quality - SDL's policy requires that a second native linguist proofreads/linguistically reviews all projects prior to client delivery. There is no extra charge for this service. SDL Agency utilizes SDL Trados, SDL's innovative and user-friendly computer aided translation tool. Benefits for clients include: reduction in costs of updates or amendments to future versions due to the re-use of previously translated terms and phrases, plus increased speed of translation of future versions.
