What courses can you deliver onsite?
We can deliver all our training courses onsite. This includes onsite training for SDL Trados Studio, SDL MultiTerm and SDL Passolo.

What equipment / facilities do we need for an Onsite Course?
Our only requirement is that you have a room big enough to comfortably accommodate the attendees and that each course attendee has individual access to a PC or Laptop. We would also ask that you provide a LCD projector for use during the training.

You do not need to worry about having enough licences for the PCs/Laptops that you will use during the training as we will supply temporary time limited Professional Licences for use during the training. It’s always best to practice on a non production licence!

How do I book Onsite Training?
To book your onsite course all you need to do is contact your SDL Account Manager. If you’re not sure who this is then please contact us.

How soon can you arrange Onsite Training?
Just let us know the dates that work best for you and we will do our upmost to schedule a trainer for those days.

How much does Onsite Training cost?
Everyone’s situation is different. However you can typically save more than 30% off the price you would pay if the same people attended a public course together (based on 8 attendees).

We always agree costs with you prior to the course, so there will be no nasty surprises when you get your invoice! All costs exclude VAT.

Can Onsite Training be tailored to our needs?
Of course!

We have two tailored course options available for you to choose from:

Course Builder
Course Builder is our new onsite training delivery option and allows you to build your own course from the modules that make up our standard training courses.

Customized Onsite
Do you purely work with InDesign Files? Are you currently translating XML Files? Do you have a very specific work flow? Our Customized onsite training allows you to fully tailor your training to your needs.

Would it be possible to work with our sample files?
If you prefer to use your own sample files, we can accommodate this. We will need to agree and view your sample files to be used during the course to ensure we understand your needs. Usually, this is not a problem at all!
