This has led to a renewed focus on efforts to differentiate the customer experience on the web, including many initiatives to deliver a seamless local language online experience. With the advent of Web 2.0 and the new functionality surrounding it, many companies are engaged in efforts to deliver new capabilities to their customers that will further enrich the online experience. There is a caveat here. Although organizations are starting to address this for their domestic audience, most are not yet able to manage this efficiently and effectively for a global audience, in multiple languages.
