IT Localization Service Co., Ltd. (ITLS) was born as a new company in March 2011 when a major system integration company split off its translation section. ITLS provides translation, interpreting and other services as a supplier of comprehensive document solutions for supporting the global business growth of its clients.

While it has only just launched operations, ITLS is drawing on close to 30 years' worth of experience built up by its predecessors. ITLS is now working to expand its offerings and provide new services, focusing in particular on the multilingualization of corporate websites and marketing materials, and on services for overseas clients.

ITLS uses SDL Trados Studio and other tools, including originally developed quality management tools, to streamline its workflow and address growing demand for high quality and speedy turnaround at more affordable prices.

It is also keenly aware of the importance of translation in supporting corporate communication and branding, and puts priority on maintaining the consistency of terminology between documents and adapting style to match readership and purpose. It uses experienced translators who share these values, and also endeavors to nurture translators who possess the same understanding.
