SDL International, the world’s leading provider of translation services and technology solutions, has announced the opening of a new office in Copenhagen, Denmark. SDL now has offices in Sweden, Norway and Denmark all serving the growing customer demand for Nordic translation services.
SDL already delivers Danish translation services for a large number of customers, such as Bayer Healthcare, HP, IBM, Kodak, Man AG, Microsoft and SAP. The new office will allow SDL to provide these services more cost effectively and with improved management and quality processes.
With a complete range of language services available, SDL Denmark will also be able to expand business within Denmark and the Nordic region, where SDL already has customers such as Atlas Copco, Citec, Ericsson, EQT Partners, Norsk Hydro and Statoil.
“We have seen significant growth in demand for Nordic translation services and the opening of our new office in Copenhagen demonstrates our confidence in this market,” commented Mark Lancaster, chairman and CEO, SDL International. “We now have offices in Sweden, Norway and Denmark and will complete our Nordic expansion with an office in Finland later this year.”
