Matthew took a BEng in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College in 1993. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and qualified with Deloitte in 1996. Matthew has extensive experience of the software and services industry and worked for Logica PLC where he held a variety of UK and international roles - most recently Northern & Central Europe Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Mills joined SDL in 1994. Previously he held senior positions with Lotus Corporation, where he specialized in the processes of software localization before moving to Ashton-Tate to manage their international software translation group.
Before joining SDL, Mr. Mills was Software Localization Engineering Manager at the relational database specialist, Informix Inc. Mr. Mills is responsible for SDL's complete technology portfolio.
Mr Reid joined SDL as Chief Information Officer in July 2010 . As CIO his role is focused on the delivery of IT services to all the divisions across SDL’s global business.
Prior to joining SDL he was International CIO for Clear Channel Outdoor, the global outdoor advertising company for 10 years. His experience from this and other previous roles include international IT management, acquisition integration and consolidation and business consultancy across a number of business sectors. .
Kevin Duffy has over 25 years of experience in the design, development and sale of high-end information management and publishing solutions. Having joined SDL through the acquisition of XyEnterprise in June 2009, Mr Duffy is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving product innovation and developing strategic partnerships to support emerging markets.
During his tenure at XyEnterprise, Mr. Duffy led the company to consistent profitability and transformed XyEnterprise into a leader in XML and component-based content management and dynamic publishing. Prior to joining XyEnterprise, Mr. Duffy held a number of key positions in international sales, marketing and technical support for Raytheon Graphic Systems (RGS), pioneers in electronic content creation, management and publishing for large newspapers.
Dominic Kinnon joined SDL in 1997. During his time with SDL, Dominic evolved the global Language Services organization with particular emphasis on developing its structure, systems and management capability. As Joint CEO for Language Services, Dominic provides commercial and strategic direction for the EMEA, Asian and South American geographies.
Prior to SDL Dominic worked within the petrochemical industry in Europe, the US and Middle East and subsequently spent a number of years in Business Consulting helping companies develop their management potential and improve their operational performance.
Peter Smith joined SDL in 1997 through the acquisition of Polylang, where he was Projects Director. He has a long history of experience in the localization industry in roles covering project and program management, sales and operational management.
After starting his career in Accountancy with organizations such as Ernst & Young, in 1990 he founded a document management company providing data storage and retrieval solutions. As Joint CEO for Language Services, Peter concentrates primarily on providing leadership and strategic direction focused on delivery and client management in North America.
Jan Jaap Kolleman is the Chief Executive Officer of SDL Web Content Management Division. He joined the division on 1 October 2008. As CEO, Kolleman leads the division's strategic direction to increase SDL Web Content Management Division's profitability and success. Based in Amsterdam, Kolleman is building on the organisation’s strong results and good customer relationships, whilst harnessing the local expertise of regional offices at a corporate level.
Kolleman comes to SDL Tridion from Exact Software, where he held a number of senior positions in general management. His last position was Managing Director of the largest operating company of Exact Software, a software company headquartered in the Netherlands with revenues over USD 350 million. Prior to Exact Software, Kolleman was commercial director at Sylis Netherlands, a full provider of IT services.
