Trisoft and SDL International announced today an ongoing partnership to integrate the Trisoft InfoShare Technical Communication System (TCS) with SDL technologies and services.
Due to the successful cooperation in the past, Trisoft and SDL International have made this formal commitment to their existing and future customers. Trisoft supplies the Trisoft InfoShare TCS to the Technical Communication departments of worldwide companies. SDL International not only offers translation technologies and services, but also system integration activities. By linking the activities of both companies, the largest part of the “whole solution” for Technical Communication departments is covered.
Many companies have already benefited from the joint solution, including DAF Trucks, Atlas Copco and Océ. All have improved the efficiency and reduced the costs of their Technical Communication departments.
This formal commitment fits in the strategy of Trisoft to enhance its leadership in the Technical Communication Systems (TCS) market. “By expanding our worldwide presence with formalizing existing partnerships and starting new ones, Trisoft wants to strengthen its position as number one in this rapidly expanding market,” explained Luc Van Haute, VP Sales & Marketing, Trisoft.
“With our integration with Trisoft InfoShare, we are able to provide our customers with a more complete, XML-based solution for authoring and multilingual content management in technical communications,” added Terry Lawlor, VP Worldwide Marketing, SDL International.
SDL International and Trisoft will be sharing more information about the partnership and the benefits for customers at forthcoming SDL Forum seminars in London and Stuttgart. Visit www.sdl.com/sdlforum for more information.
