Recognized within the global IT community for her strategic insight and experience nurturing growth and enhancing large businesses, Pibouin comes to SDL from previous positions at Computer Associates (now CA, Inc.) and Chronicle Solutions, Inc. At CA, a $3 billion Enterprise IT Management solutions company, Pibouin served as Sr.VP/GM managing a 400 person field organization that consistently delivered more than 30% year over year growth fueled by improvements to the sales process, as well as an intense focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Pibouin’s efforts resulted in significant contributions to CA’s mission to build shareholder value. Pibouin, as Chief Operating Officer at Chronicle Solutions, fueled extensive North American growth by building a marketing, sales and operations structure from the ground up, while earning outstanding accolades for the development of new markets through ground-breaking community outreach.
Sophie’s immediate plans for the SDL Web Content Management Solutions division are to leverage her extensive experience and success to enhance its North American operations to better serve their customers as they benefit from a series of new releases of SDL Tridion solution suite.
”I’m very pleased to join the executive team at SDL Web Content Management Solutions,” says Pibouin. “By offering a ‘future-proof’ solution and listening to their customers’ needs, they have achieved industry distinction in just a few short years. As the division enters a period of rapid expansion and new solution offerings, it is even more critical that we ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. I have an unwavering belief, based on experience, that these two goals are inextricably linked and are the key to continued success. ”
