As part of the company's commitment to localized products, Microsoft Corporation has completed a Master Services Agreement with SDL International for localization services.

 SDL has provided localization services to Microsoft for several years, covering a wide range of software products. The purpose of this new Master Services Agreement is to define the service rates, terms, and conditions for each localization project requested by Microsoft. The use of a Master Services Agreement provides a more efficient process for the provision of localization services.

Commenting on the completion of the contract, Bernhard Kohlmeier, Manager - International Vendor Management Group of Microsoft said:
"We are pleased to have signed a Master Services Agreement with SDL and see this as a positive development both for Microsoft and SDL."

"SDL is delighted to have been confirmed as an ongoing service provider to Microsoft", Mark Lancaster, CEO of SDL confirmed. "We have been working for some time with several product groups both in Dublin and Redmond. We see this contract as another step towards the expansion of our localization service provision to a key client."
