SDL International, a leading full-service globalization company with over 300 employees worldwide, is pleased to announce the opening of its Silicon Valley office in San Jose, California. SDL International currently has a US headquarters in Dallas, Texas and additional offices in Boston and Colorado. SDL's strategy is to increase client support and expand their presence in the US.
"The San Jose office will allow us to increase our support of clients located in California," Mark Lancaster, SDL President and CEO said. "With the amount of software development taking place in the Silicon Valley, SDL needs to have a presence in this area."
Nic McMahon and Carmel Roche will be Regional Managers in this office. Both have extensive knowledge of the localization industry.
"We're very pleased to have such a strong team in place in San Jose," said Kathleen Bostick, SDL VP North America. "We will be able to grow the business in this region and continue to serve as a globalization resource for our clients."
